Jira Field Bind Issue With service Rocket

I am Using Service Rocket connector for Salesforce and Jira Integration.
I need to Map Reporter field (Jira) with OwnerId field (Salesforce). It throws an error

It would be great if you can provide a screenshot of the error message you're getting.

This document explains how to map user fields (Reporter/Assignee). In short, here are the steps you'll need to follow:

1. Map the Reporter fields to Owner ID (this is because the Owner field in SF is a lookup field) 
2. Map values; select the Jira user and the SF user ID 
   
   • For the Salesforce Fields Value, you are required to obtain an 18-character Owner ID
   • Use this tool to make the conversion of the User ID.

Do you always have to map those values...Jira user to the SF user statically? Can it be more dynamic than that? 

Can the "reporter" field not pick up whoever the owner is?
