Jira Filter: Status becomes invalid after page refresh.

This is what my filter looks like on the basic filter screen. but when I refresh the page, it creates a new status 'In Progress' and says that the status is not valid for the said project. 

It looks like this after page refresh:

Not only in this specific status, but it behaves identically even when other statuses are selected:

This happens when the status select is not part of the specif Project Workflow youre filtering. 

You need to check which "In Progress" Status is configured in your project. 

If your not Jira Admin or Project Admin, I suggest to talk to them. 

Although they have the same name "In progress" they are different, otherwise they would not appear in two lines in search.
