Something has changed over the last week for Tempo.
We have created Jira IDs for our employees to help with our weekly reports.
Tempo is no longer showing those IDs and it has stalled our reporting.
It used to show up under Key i believe and now it only shows the "user" data.
Can someone help me reconfigure Tempo so it presents the Jira IDs?
What happened last week?
Hi Ben,
In the reports, Tempo used to display the userkey which is generated by JIRA when a new user is created. Atlassian has recently introduced the user accountID to be compliant with GDPR. This means that Tempo had to adapt as well. We cannot display the user accountID, which consists in a combination of numbers and letters, in the column as it would not be helpful, so we had to switch to the user's full name. You can read more about the removal of usernames here.
Best regards,
Flora

This was informative. The change seemed to slip past anyone at my organization as the change has disrupted our weekly reporting. We'll have to use a different identifier instead of jira ids. I appreciate the speedy response.
