Jira Insight help tool for finding duplicates

Is there a "InsightPluginHealthCheck" or similar help tool available for Jira Cloud? I saw it referenced in the link below as being available on Jira Data Center. We are getting duplicate entries for some items every time we bulk import from CSV. The serial number is being used as the identifier and all fields are exactly the same as the previous duplicate entries, except the status field, which was manually updated in Jira insight.

Hi @Ryan McNamara I am searching on this topic from last week but could not find any relevant data for this.There is a way in the troubleshoot screen where you could find insight pluginhealthcheck for cloud but in the latest version it is not showing i have also contacted support but no proper response till now,If you find any update on this please let me know

Duplicates can be found by the field set as "identifier", make sure on excel if the column used for the "identifier" is unique and has no duplicates. Fixing those would help upload all objects.
