Jira - Issue Level Permission

I'm trying to work with the security theme.  Is there a way to create a security theme that allows a user to see only the issues they have created only?

If so how do you do that?

Hi @Gavin

Create Issue Level Security in Jira administration page and modify Permission Scheme to restrict the Modify Reporter permission to only Admins.

Now Create a Security Level of One Level and add the Reporter role and users who need to see all the Issues in Project.
