Jira Issue Sync Pro - No active Synchronization

Hi all,

I have created a synchronization and a mapping across the boards I want to link, however and despite having issues with the same name ('Summary') across these boards, I cannot synchronize them and there is a 'No active synchronization' note when I click under 'Issue Sync Pro'.

I trialled this a while ago and had the same issue, and I remember I somehow solved it (think by creating new issues), but can't remember exactly how I did it and in any case I am looking after a solution which (if possible) doesn't require me to create new issues but to synchronize the ones that share name across boards.

Any help would be much appreciated please!!

Hi @jaime.gilmartinez

Once you create synchronization and mapping, you need to update the existing issue or create a new one that matches your configuration - this will trigger the automatic creation of a synchronized issue.
You can also use the "Sync existing" feature to create synchronization between two already existing tickets.

Please note however that Issue Sync Pro doesn't synchronize project boards. Instead, it lets you synchronize issues between different projects or cloud instances. Within the same instance, you can then configure boards to show issues from multiple projects.

Great :) Please choose a date which suits you the most via the following Calednly link. - choose the 45 min. remote meeting and Issue Sync Pro from the list.

If not a single date from the available ones works for you, feel free to contact us directly via our Customer Portal link and we will figure something out!

You have to type in the exact keys of issues that match this mapping (and which are not synchronized yet)
