Jira Issues Calendar - Color legend

I added JIRA issue calendar to my dashboard. I am not able understand the color boxes (red, green, dark green) related to issues and indicated in date boxes. I am attaching the screen grab of the same. Please explain what it means.

They are the priorities of the issues - check admin -> priorities and you'll see that each priority is assigned a colour as well as an icon and name.

Which means that if you have default priority with a white color, you will not see a box in the calendar gadget
