Jira Issues Macro - change link format of Confluence pages in Jira "mentioned in" links

Hello, in our company the pages from Confluence are linked by Jira issues Macro to our Jira instance. Is there any possibility to change the format of the link in Jira? Right now it uses Confluence page name.

But sometimes there are pages with same name in different spaces and in Jira issue we see two links with same name (it is correct but confusing). Is there any way to change the link format to "space - page name" or something?

@Shiny Tyranitar It is not possible to change link format. However, if you mouse over the link, you may be able to see link URL in left bottom of the page where you can see space key to which it is related.
