Jira Licenses (Expiration)

Hi Guys,

What happens to an enterprise Jira cloud platform when Licenses expires. Do I have read access or do I lose everything.

Jira Cloud customers are not buying a perpetual software license, they pay an ongoing subscription that includes:

• Right to use the Software (SaaS).
• Storage of data.
• Provision of support.

When your subscription ends Atlassian will not (and should not) keep your data indefinitely.

You will have Read Only access, however if you don't renew the license you will lose access after a certain time
