Jira Migrate Configuration Only

Hi Everyone,

early this year we had successfully tried jira 5.2, we had configurations, workflows etc..

now we had already bought a license and on our way to build prod instance with ver 6.1, is there a way that we only export all the configurations we had on ver 5.2 (permission schemes, workflow,roles,groups,users etc..) less the transaction data (issues)?

If you don't want to use an automated solution.. Just copy and paste?
