Jira OnDemand: how to transfer ownership ?

Hello,

I'm currently on a jira ondemand trial. Let's say I want to be able to give the ownership to someone else if that's needed in the future. How would I do that ? I found nothing in the online documentation nor in the jira options.

What about billing and such ?
