Jira Outlook add-in and delegated mailbox

I have users with a primary user name and a delegated mailbox. The Jira add-in works fine on the primary and shows on the ribbon bar. On the delegated mailbox, the Jira add-in is not displaying on the ribbon bar and therefore those functions cannot be used. Under "get add-ins" the Jira add-in shows as installed. The user has full permissions. Has anyone run into this issue? Please advise.

Unfortunately, this is a know limitation and Jira Cloud for Outlook doesn't work with Shared/delegated mailboxes. There's an open feature request

API-186: Support shared mailboxes

I'd suggest you vote on this ticket and add yourself as a watcher so you will get updates once it's implemented.
