Jira Product Discovery "Delivery" tab as a JQL query

Is there a way to get the JQL query that the Delivery tab uses in a JPD idea?

I'm hoping to use that as the filter for Kanban boards when delivering.

At the moment, I'm resorting to labels on the top level epics, but that's quite manual and a bit of a pain, and I notice that the delivery tab neatly shows everything I want to see in my kanban board.

As an example, this list below is exactly what I want to find a query for so I can create a filter!

Note: There are child tasks under those epics which I also want included.
