Jira Project Status

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we will be using Jira for determining the Project Health. There are several requirements in it like calculating quality score, reports etc. One such requirement is to set status for each projects created like Open, Closed etc.

I know in Jira UI there is no functionality as to set project status and get that into a Jira filter as well. But I would be interested to know if there is any workaround for this or any plugin that provides similar feature.

as of now it is notavailable in jira, issue has submitted as improvement here

This seems to be a useful plugin bt it has few lackings as well. The fields created in profileds cannot be included in issue navigator column. Thus we are not able to prepare a report via Jira spanning multiple projects.. :-(
