As a jira Admin, I couldn't able to view the all Projects that is being used by a screen.
There were total 286 Projects being mentioned in the screen but couldn't able to view all the projects.
I can able to view only 10 projects. Now i want to find all the projects that is being used by particular screen.
Error :
@Aynes Varghese, there is no easy way to see all projects; you will view a small subset of that, as you noticed. You will find other posts in the community where users suggest SQL queries or groovy scripts to pull a full list. My question, though, is what are you trying to achieve by pulling a full list?
Yes, I want to have the full list of project names that is using the Screen.
I can able to see almost 286 projects are using a screen but I can able view only 10 to 15 projects.

Hiding a project was an old way of archiving the Jira project before project archiving came on the scene. This knowledge base article demonstrates how its done: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/archiving-a-project-in-jira-server-950287459.html

Thanks for your response Robert.
This is not about archiving.
The projects which I mean are not archived, its still an active project.
When comes to the Screen, I couldn't able to view the full list of projects that is using this screen. It shows only the first 10 to 12 projects names and says as "rest 265 projects hidden"
I want to view all the project names, totally it says 286 projects are using this screen.
