Jira Reports and Dashboard

I'm brand new to JIRA and need to create a DASHBOARD that tracks performance of a sprint compared to past sprints, in terms of:

• Velocity - Estimated Story Points vs Completed Story Points
• Bug flow rate - created vs resolved
• Time spent resolving bugs
• Acceptance rate of stories - planned vs accepted

I have found Velocity and Sprint reports when in a board - is it possible to feature those in a dashboard or recreate the tables with the metrics (e.g. total number of completed/accepted issues vs total number of incomplete issues etc)?

What gadgets and plugins do you recommend?
