Hi, 20/02/2020 the maintenance of my jira software expired. I have a doubt,
is it possible to upgrade to a higher version if the license has expired? is it possible to upgrade to a higher version, released before maintenance expired?

for upgrades an active software maintenance is needed - the license has to be valid.
