Jira Server plugin for MS teams - Security

Hello
We have integrated Jira with MS teams using plugin "Microsoft Teams for Jira"
When the user tries to authenticate the following pages pops up for authorization in MS teams and we would like to know more about this domain "jira-server.msteams-atlassian.com" who owns it? where is this server hosted? what information is transferred and also would be more interested in finding out the flow for a request like creating the story from MS teams to Jira and back.
A flow diagram or architecture would be great to see.
