I created a custom workflow.
When the user enter with the rol administrator, he can see custom states of the diagram.
But when the user enter with the rol Service Desk Team , he can only see the action "edit","Comment", "Asign", but not the custom states of the diagram.
¿ Can you help me please ?
Hi i will believe that the problem was resolved.
I have a custom workflow, the customer can create the incident , the service desk team can navigate between status of the workflow.
In some cases the customer can see specific status in the portal, the problem is when the customer select a status, a dialog window is open to write some comments, when is pressed the button "ok" , i can see the icon of working to left of the button, the icon dissaper but the dialog window don't close and the new status is not seted.
Are you referring to the Hyperlink next to the status that says "View Workflow" and shows you a pop up window of the workflow the ticket is assigned to? or the actual status transitions?
