at the moment we are using the Service Desk trial version 1.0.2 . We would like to test the features of the new verson 1.1 . Is it possible to use the 1.1 version as a trial version and how can i update it?

Hi Florian,
Upgrading JIRA Service Desk is as simple as upgrading any of the other plugins installed in your instance and you are welcome to both upgrade the plugin and generate another evaluation license to extend your evaluation period so that you can get a better feel for Service Desk 1.1. As far as I understand it you won't need to do anything beyond download and install the plugin with the newly generated evaluation license and you will be set.
