How long we can use the Jira Servicedesk as your giving free subscription for 3Agents and unlimited customers? Could you please confirm it, if the we need more agent which plan do we need

The Free plan is “Free forever for up to 3 agents”, but it does come with several limitations:
Restricted Automation
Storage Constraints
Email Notification Limits
