according to the Atlassian-website

, if people are allowed for changing "SET Security Level" and are not Jira administrators, they can change the Issue Security over the project-administrations. It should work at least for the cloud version.
The question is whether this is also possible via OnPrem?

Setting up issue security and managing different security levels are possible via OnPrem jira also.

thx for the fast reply. But on the URL u sent me, its only possible for Jira-Administrator to change Security Level in a Jira-Project.
But not as an Jira-Projekt-Administrator.
Have you maybe any other advice?
