Jira - Slow working panel

Hey, guys we use jira in our company and few moths ago is just started to working very slowly. 

For now we have 2227 all ticket in jira and 6 Project.

Our jira use only 5 user, we clean cache 2 time in month. Jira is installed on Virtual machine with Linux Software, here is also our system information:

 

CPU : 2x 3.4GHz
Memory : 8GB
Hardware : 40 GB SSD

Hi @s_magnes ,

Welcome to the community. 

Did you have a chance to look at the logs to see whether there are error messages? Do you have any plugins installed? Did you try to put Jira in safe mode to see whether this improves performance? If these don't provide any answers maybe you can take some thread dumps when the Jira is slow and analyze them.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey , yes we have some plugin and I check the log. Here is the information about the error from log :

Can you provide me how to open in safe mode Jira also I don't know it is important but for now we have 46% hardware usage.

Hey, we have some plugin on our Jira, and also few error I send you screenshot with the error from log. Also can you provide me with Safe Mode in jira now to open this ?

From other information we have 49% Usage of hardware.

Hi again,

For IndexFormatTooOldException there is this knowledge base article (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/re-index-in-jira-fails-due-to-indexformattoooldexception-973482953.html) that suggests the following steps:

  1. Shutdown JIRA
  2. Delete all the contents from the following folder:
    $JIRA_HOME\caches\indexes
  3. Restart JIRA
  4. Perform a full re-index

Could you also please re-index Assets and Inventory plugin with the "Delete all indexes and rebuild" option. Please see: https://confluence.snapbytes.com/display/AIP/Indexing

IndexFormatTooOldException error does not have any impact on the Jira performance, but you would not search for assets.

Could you please re-index Assets and Inventory plugin with the "Delete all indexes and rebuild" option. Please see: https://confluence.snapbytes.com/display/AIP/Indexing

IndexFormatTooOldException error does not have any impact on the Jira performance, but you would not search for assets.
