Jira Software product is expired and i want to extend.

Hi, i have "free" subscription which is expired in Sep 2021.  I added many of my project stuff inside JIRA and confluence and now the software says it get expired on Sep 2021.

Can you advise how to extend the subscription?

Hi @Amjad , 

Free subscriptions should not expire, as they are Free. Maybe you were on a paid plan before and this was downgraded to the Free plan ? 

You should check with support if there is anything not right with your account, you can reach them at http://getsupport.atlassian.com
