We are using Git+Fisheye+Jira integration. When a developer commits to master branch Source tab in Jira has a message that the commit was made in master. However, when new branches are being created and consequently are being indexed by Fisheye, the message in Source tab is changed and points that the commit was initially made to the newly created branch. This issue significantly confuses developers. So I'm wondering if there is a way to prevent this message to change when new branches are created?
