Jira Structure - How do we make filters that are available to all viewers?

Hi all, we have a structure set and transformation/filters set up so that you can click on a filter and it filters the structure.

User has a view set up and saved and shared to all with the filters in there. But no one else can see the filters they created. Its just a blank filters area, the view does indeed come up and it is the default saved view with access to all. Does filters not save as part of the view in structure?

It's possible that the filters were not saved by the user on creation. If a filter is saved, then it should appear on the list of filters for all users.

If this doesn't happen, please submit a support request at our portal, and we'll investigate.

Thanks for this its sounding like it should save as part of the view then? From the sound of it, I do think it is saved as they've open and closed it a few times the past week, I just can't see it.

I should have added but it may be related that we went from Data Centre to Cloud recently with these filters. So maybe that has something to do with it. Thanks for the portal link and advice, I'll check it out.
