Hi team,
I am looking for a Jira summary report which has Epic, Stories with Sprint wise classification, with % completed and %pending and this should be an automated report which gets generated weekly once. Can someone please assist me?
Please do suggest if there are better reporting available which will help the manager get clear status of each product.
Thanks,
Mamatha
Hi @Mamatha.Jha
welcome the community!
If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you might like the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting. With these, you should be able to build a report like the one you described in just a couple of clicks.
This is how it could look in action:
I should add that JXL doesn't currently support the automatic generation of reports at certain time intervals, although this is something we might add in the future. This being said, you can easily export any JXL sheet to Excel or CSV in just two clicks.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes
Hi @Mamatha.Jha
Welcome to the Community !!
If you are fine to try out a mktplace app you can have a look at the one we have built for the same use case.
You can view complete progress of your projects in a hierarchal view with % complete at each level. You can add it as dashboard gadget for sr management.
The app is free upto 10 users. Do try it out.
