I've been working to create a webhook that sends out a jira ticket/notification when a user has commented on a ticket. The webhook works when I have issue updated selected but not when comment created is selected. I don't want all the notifications whenever anything is updated, only when a comment has been added. Is this a bug or could I be configuring wrong? Because it sends updates properly (even when I comment on a ticket) with Issue Updated checked off, I'm inclined to believe it's a bug, but any help would be greatly appreciated!
It is a bug. Believe it or not, we have to vote to have a meager hope of seeing it fixed :/

Thanks! It seems like that's only part of the issue though. At this point if we remove comments updating, as that ticket states, we need to make the comments webhook actually work first.

Hi Kristina,
I have the same issue as well. I received an important feedback that it should be the same as you but still can't find the way to do it.
Any help/comment would be nice if someone knows.....?
