Jira Theme like in your youtube videos

How do I get my Jira theme to look like this in the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=O08oySq043w

Mine has a two lines in the header, a square searchbox, the Jira logo above the menu items, etc.

I think this is something like ecosystem.atlassian.net or formerly studio.atlassian.net. What you see is the new header. A similar one is coming in confluence 5.0 and i've read that jira 6.0 will have it too. I bet you are running standalone jira 5.2. i feel your pain. I'm longing for this header too But its still jira 5.2 with all the shown benefits and features. So blaming atlassian for having a different look in the video may be unfair

Which JIRA version are you using? I believe that's how JIRA 5.2 looks like :)
