One of our users is not notified after he submits a request to IT Servicedesk while all he's settings look's ok see below attached phot.
Could you please help us on thanks.
Does the user receive any other notifications from Jira?
Do other users that submit request to the project receive notifications?
If the user receives no notifications of any kind from Jira, and other users do receive notifications when they submit a request, then the user's email may have gotten blacklisted on the Atlassian side. In that case you need to contact Atlassian Support directly to find out if that is indeed the case and have them resolve it.
