Hello,

I recently purchased a license for Jira Core Server and upgraded from 7.2.6 (I think) to 7.10.0. All of the data seems to be present, but all links are broken. If I click in a link, I receive the message "ERROR OCCURRED".

Any thoughts? I did see an error when installing to update the dbconfig.xml file to default_storage_engine. Other than that, I'm at a loss.

Thanks!

Hi Thanks for replying. I decided to download and reinstall the Jira Server Software from the terminal prompt and that seemed to have resolved the issue. Upgrading from within Jira seemed to have left incomplete results.

Hi Franzo,

Did you copy over all the configuration files which Jira prompted you while upgrading?

And can you check if your base url is still the same?

Please also check if your application links are still configured properly.

If none of the options above apply, have a look at your log files the moment you click one of those links:

  • <JIRA Home>\logs\atlassian-jira.log

Regards,

Ricardo
