Jira User Limits

Hello
I am the Jira administrator and I deleted some of the previous accounts, but they are still displayed on the JIRA server and are counted as other than JIRA blind users. What should I do to remove them from Jira totally?

Hi @R M ,

Best will be just to deactivate the users, then they can't log-in anymore and don't count for the license. You can do that by going the user management and choose edit for the user, then uncheck the active checkbox.

If you want to delete the user, you might have errors, because jira won't let you do that, if the user is used in specific roles.

Removing from Database might work.

Till then make them inactive.
