Jira User Picker (single user) Displays username in confluence not full name

Hi I have a custom field User Picker (single user) in Jira that I am using in Confluence for a report. In Jira the field displays the user full name but in confluence it displays username. I am trying to change the report in confluence to display full name. Can this be done?
