Jira Webhooks - java.net.SocketTimeoutException

Hi,

I configured a webhook in jira, but for some reason it's not working, I've logged the error and got this :

Unable to post the information to ... (blablabla my target)... due to 'java.net.SocketTimeoutException'

Any idea what could be the problem?

Change the socket timeout length -Dhttp.socketTimeout=20000

JIRA will need to be restarted to apply the change
