Hi All,
When closing a ticket we have a validator that ensures two fields are filled out. Previously we had it set that when these fields were not filled out a screen would appear that would allow our service agents to fill out the fields directly. However now we are just receiving the error message from the validator, so we have to close the error message and go back and change the individual fields.
Can someone point me in the direction of having that screen show up that allows us to fill out the fields directly when going through that workflow transition?

Hello Jack,
In order to fill the required fields during a transition, you must add a screen to that transition and add the required fields to the screen. Here are the steps:
- Navigate to your project > project settings > Workflows
- Click to edit the workflow you are using for your issues
- Click on Diagram > Click in the transition that you want to add the screen > In the pop-up Click Edit
- Add a screen to the transition or go back and create a new screen for that transition and publish the workflow
- Navigate to your project > Project settings > Screens and ensure that the required fields are added to the screen in your transition
P.S: If you are talking about a different kind of Screen, it should be probably related to an Add-on, so we would recommend you to contact our support team since it would need more details to further investigate.
