Jira adding automatically "2.13.0.0" to the end of the comments/description when we add it

Hello,

Some of my agents noticed that, when they post a comment, or writte a description, jira automatically add the mention "2.13.0.0" after they post it.

Does someone have an idea of where does it comes from and how to prevent it?

Welcome to the community.

I found a similar issue on the community. This seems to have relation to all cache/cookies etc.

It could be browser session related.

Can the users affected clear all cache and cookies and try again

I asked them to do so, but they say this behaviour is coming back regularly. Is there any way to definitely prevent it?

Old thread but if you are using sconnect plugin (Swift payment) in your web browser you can face the same issue.
