Jira admin permission got revoked, only can see the project

Hi Team,

All of the Admin user are facing the issue that they can see only the project under Jira admin icon. Previously all admin were able to see user management, issue, system project, etc.

I don't know what happened, now all are the user can see only the project under admin icon. Could you please provide some help here how can we restore the required Admin access

Is it possible that the site admin actually removed users the the system admin role?

HI @Ankur Gupta What your management you are using for your Jira instance?

Is there any update on Jira Global permissions like groups mentioned in the jira system administrator and jira administrator are removed by some user.

Is the groups sync from LDAP or active directory? may be some updates from their.

If no user have an admin access on Jira, you need to login with recovery admin user and update the global permissions if no group is there or if there is any group get added youself and other admins to that group and confirm you get the admin access on Jira and then remove the recovery admin once you get the admin access.
