Hi all,

    I've got a requirement on JIRA integration with Service Now (without plugins).

 I would be more thankful if we have step-wise approach.

This is Majid @ Exalate. 

If you take plugins out of the equation, then that would basically leave you with a couple of options only:

1. Use the native connectors provided on the two platforms (depends on your subscription model)
2. Build an integration yourself based on REST APIs provided by both systems. 

It would also be interesting to know why you would like to take the no plugins approach? Is that a company dictated policy or is it related to security concerns.

I do not really have a step by step for the API solution, as it would be a huge project in itself. I am not sure if you would even be able to Google such a guide, but here is a starting point mainly:

Try to start slow by reading a ticket from Jira and then trying to create it on ServiceNow using the APIs. 

Also, just in case you are interested, Exalate can be hosted fully on-prem on your side i.e. you will keep all your data in house and do not need to share it to any external server e.g. https://docs.exalate.com/docs/install-exalate-for-jira-on-docker
