Jira and Confluence Plugins and version

I am a new user. Where can I get information regarding the version of Jira and confluence I am using? Also, the plugins.

Some setups expose it in the footer, but if you're not on one of those, then ask your admins what version it is.

As an admin, have a look at the "system information" page for each application. You can also look up the add-ons listed there in the marketplace
