Need urgent reactivation of suspended accounts. We have updated the payment details but the accounts are still suspended.

Checking the details of your site and the ticket you created with our customer advocates, I can see that the products are active again.
When this issue happens, the best option is to contact our customer advocates directly on support.atlassian.com/contact since they have the correct access to reactivate the product and this is something that we can’t do here through community.

I think most here would agree that really is not the place to put something like this. It belongs in your communications with whoever you're dealing with at Atlassian.

If you already have a ticket with Atlassian and the payment is normalized, don't worry that they will reactivate the accounts.
