Hi,

I am new with Jira but can't seem to figure out why Jira is creating its own rules for automation that I do not want.

In the photo below I do not have the second automation in my set of rules and because this second automation is happening  it is creating two set of subtask.

Any idea of how to change it?

Hello @michelle

Welcome to the community.

It is unlike that JIRA is spontaneously creating automation rules and applying them to your project. There is likely something misconfigured in your rules.

Start by navigating to Settings > System > Automation

Click on All Rules.

Review each rule that either lists you PS project specifically or is marked as a Global rule.

One of those rules is probably misconfigured, but we can't really provide more help without the details of your Rules.
