Jira background reindexing

Hi Team,

During the jira background indexing, jira users can use jira or not? If they use Jira , any issues will cause?.Please confirm

Hi @Alby Siby 

On a background index action, Jira can be used as normal.

If you execute a full index, then Jira can't be used.

Background reindex  option allows any Jira instance to remain usable during re-indexing.

I.e. users can use jira, no problems will be caused by this.
