Kindly help me to resolve this error and give the possible solution for migration. I already tryin g to find the cloud migration assistant but it is not supported cloud to cloud migration.
Import error
There was an error importing file jira-export.zip. Following issues were reported:
Hello @Shaf_Ali ,
You can use the Setting -> Data transfer from admin.atlassian.com to perform the cloud to cloud migration.
And yes, Atlassian support may help you to import 10gb+ files for import. Would suggest to go with Cloud to Cloud migration,
JCMA - JIRA Cloud Migration assistant is for Data center to Cloud.
Data Transfer would copy data from instance A to B; it won't MOVE .
Name could be confusing.

Hi @Shaf_Ali
Big exports like that almost always trip Jira Cloud — the 10GB XML cap makes your 267GB backup unworkable. And yeah, Atlassian’s migration assistant sadly doesn’t support cloud-to-cloud. Things to think about:
In cases like this, relying only on exports/imports can be limiting. You might want to explore enterprise –grade migration solutions that can handle large cloud-to-cloud moves without downtime, keep full history intact (attachments, comments, relationships), and allow phased transitions so work isn’t disrupted. For example, one such migration solution, OpsHub Migration Manager (OMM) an Atlassian Solutions Partner can help you support these complex moves in a safer, more controlled way.

Hope it helps!

Have you consider the companies who are specialized in such types of migrations?
