Jira cloud account is not showing up

[bitbucket-app-service-user-gcp]

We cannot see our Jira account under bitbucket -> workspace settings -> JIRA Integration.

We have already been using JIRA cloud account and have linked the bitbucket workspace with JIRA DVCS Accounts.

Can see all source code repo's under JIRA dvcs accounts but this Jira account is not showing up on our bitbucket workspace settings -> Jira page

How can we enable this ? What are the steps?
