Jira cloud for microsoft teams - Can't we add the affects version in the issue creation?

This App is not customizable, so you cannot change this dialog and add another field.

Thanks for the quick response. Hopefully we can see a customizable version in the future as there is no point of adding a bug without an affects version

The Teams connector you're likely using is the Microsoft Teams for Jira connector provided by SoftServe. Per a previous post in Community, SoftServe confirmed that the integration doesn't currently let you add any custom fields to the Create screen you see in Teams. Looks like their suggestion is to drop them an email at MicrosoftTeamsIntegrationsSupport@softserveinc.com to be notified when the ability to customize the Create screen is available.
