For several months now our scrum teams have been using this function for reporting using jira(). I originally set up all the sheets. Over the last few days the SMs have been reporting that the Jira queries just state "No Jira auth". If they try to reconnect nothing works for them. However if I reconnect on one sheet they all start to work properly. It seems like my account is central to this but the connection keeps dropping. Has anyone else experienced this and found a resolution?
We have tried many steps including the teams trying to reconnect or making their own copies of the documents but the issue still occurs.
Hi all, have had a message that this issue has been resolved hope all now works OK for you
I am having the same issue. My entire team uses this sheet so often it's scaring us all. I'm the only one that can reconnect the sheet, and have had to do it every day since mid last week. I have to reconnect every tab on the sheet as well to get it to work.
If anyone has a fix, we are desperate for an answer. This would cause us hours of extra work so we are sad if it breaks further than it already is.
