Jira cloud import is faling with backup created from another jira cloud.

I have applied solution http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-4980

Importing backup in new instance with 
Backup Manager > "Restore system"

Thank you for looking into this and for trying out a fix! The bug you've linked is for Jira server, so I'm not sure that this would be applied to your scenario.

The error message thrown could be a result of many different symptoms so we only could be certain by looking at the logs for further information about the error.

Because of that, I'd recommend you to get in touch with our Support Team. That way we'll be able to check the logs and better understand what's going on to help you on this!
