Jira cloud issue collector make name and email mandatory.

I followed this KB - I created custom fields and made them mandatory and added them in issue collector forms but it's not working - How to set "Name" and "Email" as required fields in the Issue Collector | Jira | Atlassian Documentation

Please suggest how to make name and email fields mandatory in issue collector for jira cloud.
