Jira cloud rest API

I am referring JIRA Rest API. We know there are two platforms in JIRA i.e. cloud and server.

Is list of JIRA Rest API's same for JIRA cloud and JIRA Server platform?

I am referring https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/ link for JIRA Rest API.

Is the API list given in this  documentation link  applicable for both Server and cloud?
