Jira cloud screens not rendering?

We have about 50 users, half of which are seeing Jira screens just fine, as expected. The other half are seeing plain text and the screens are not rendering correctly. We are on the cloud version. Any ideas?

So, what is the difference between the users who see the screens and those who do not? Location? Browser?

No not browser.....looks like it might be a proxy issue. Those going thru our proxy are having issues while those not going thru proxy are. So in a nutshell, appears not to be a problem with Jira. Thx for the response though!
